A “TOURNAMENT ONLY” option is available. 

This option does NOT include Hotel or any Ground Transportation

and is not eligible for Early Bird Refund or team gift.


Player (“Tournament Only”) $225

Guest (“Tournament Only”) $165

Team (“Tournament Only”) $2500


Team Tournament only fee is for a maximum of 12 (10 skaters, 1 goalie, 1 bench)  Other team members register at either the player rate of $225 or guest rate of $165


“Tournament Only” Bus option

If you or your team is registering “Tournament Only” but are staying in a hotel nearby you may wish to save yourself the expense and hassle of renting vehicles for your team and make use of our convenient arena shuttle which leaves the host hotel half-hourly to and from the Las Vegas Ice Center.  This includes shuttle to Fremont Wed. night.  add $450 for all registered team members and guests


Individual bus option - add $45 pp

Our Payment Terms -1- ALL fees are in US$ however if the Canadian dollar is higher than the US$ we will accept C$ checks AT PAR. If the exchange rate falls below $1.00 we will ONLY be accepting payment in US$ -2- If you wish to pay with a credit card by PAYPAL the payment will only be processed in US$ and a 3% PayPal Service Charge will be applied. -3- We will NOT be accepting individual checks from players registering as a team. It is the TEAM REP’s responsibility to gather the money locally and remit ONE check. -4- All Early Bird and deposit checks will be cashed on December 15th, 2014. Any other checks will be cashed as Divisions fill and are confirmed.

“Guest” includes non-playing bench staff

Note:  Full packages include HOTEL, GROUND TRANSPORTATION and TOURNAMENT FEES and must be taken as presented.  

Please, no requests to modify, alter or delete portions.

Tournament Extras:

Souvenir T-Shirts A souvenir T-Shirt is included in the package price.  Tournament Only Participants wishing to purchase a T-Shirt may do so by pre-order only for $10 See Size Chart Here.

Souvenir Jerseys: These jerseys never fail to turn heads at the arena!  Pre-order yours for $100 See Size Chart Here.

Awards Banquet Extra Ticket: Sometimes friends and family are in the Las Vegas area around the same time but do not wish to participate in the tournament as players, bench staff or guests but do wish to attend the Awards Banquet.  They can purchase an Awards Banquet Ticket for $75 pp (includes shuttle to Fremont)


Items MUST be ordered and paid for no later than March 15, 2014 to guarantee availability.

Want to play BOTH Ringette AND Hockey?

We are running a ringette tournament in conjunction with the hockey tournament.  We’ve had requests from some individuals who can’t get enough ice sports and want to play BOTH in Vegas.  We want everyone to be happy so we’re prepared to try it under the following conditions:

-1- There is an extra fee of $165 (see Payment tab of Registration form) on top of your normal registration fee.

-2- The Participant must inform both teams of their intentions.

-3- The Participant must be aware that the schedule may not be optimal for rest.  Participants may end up playing back-to-back games or the 2 teams may actually end up playing at the same time on different rinks.  In this event it is up to the participant to choose which team to play for.  This may happen more than once.


Registering for both sports indicates understanding and accepting these conditions.
